Two Decades Inside the Problems You Are Facing
ROILadder is not an agency. It is one senior operator who spent a career running digital and e-commerce for large companies from the inside, and now takes on a small number of consulting clients.
The recommendations here come from someone who has owned the P&L and defended the media budget, not from someone who read a case study.
The Practice Is Deliberately Small
ROILadder currently works with one ongoing client, an e-commerce brand, and has capacity for two more this quarter. That is the whole picture.
For that client the work has covered most of what is on this site: rebuilding the storefront, running and reworking paid media across Google and Meta, an ongoing SEO program, renegotiating carrier and shipping contracts, and building the reporting that ties it together. What I will not do is show you their revenue chart. Client numbers stay private unless the client offers them, and a consultant who publishes one client's figures will publish yours.
A consultant who publishes one client's figures will publish yours.
How I Think About Conversion
Most companies plan for the one or two visitors in a hundred who buy and nothing for the other 98. Working on those 98 is the idea behind most of the work on this site, and it has its own page.
What I will not do
- Publish a client's numbers without the client offering them.
- Recommend a rebuild when a patch would do the job.
- Guarantee a ranking or a percentage.
- Hand your account to someone junior. There is nobody junior.
- Keep you on a monthly arrangement the numbers do not justify.
How an Engagement Runs
I learn your business, your customers, and who you are up against. Mostly I ask questions nobody has asked you in a while.
A short plan tied to what you want, in order of what pays back fastest. You will know what happens Monday, and you will have it in writing before anything is billed.
The work gets done. Real dates, clear owners, and nobody on your staff handed a PDF and wished good luck.
Watch the numbers, adjust, repeat. Your team learns to run it, because the goal is not to have me on the payroll forever.
What owners ask before hiring me
Why so few clients?
Because you get me, not a team, and that only works with a handful of clients at a time.
Is a new practice a risk?
Less than it looks. Monthly work has no long-term contract and no notice period, so the most you ever risk is one month while you decide whether I am worth it.
Can I talk to a reference?
Ask on the call. If my client agrees, yes. I will not volunteer their name on a website first.
Why not name past employers?
Because their numbers are confidential and I intend to keep it that way, including yours. Ask on a call and I will tell you as much as I can.
Rather see the work first?
Start with the free checklist or the calculator. They are the real method, published free, so you can judge the thinking before spending anything.
