Seven Things That Drain Money. Here Is How I Fix Each One.

The leaks are the same seven whether you sell products or services, to consumers or to other businesses. Pick the one that sounds like your situation, or run the free 12-point audit and let it tell you.

More Customers From the Same Traffic

This is you if the site gets visitors and the phone, the cart, or the quote form stays quiet. Fixing that is usually the fastest money on the table.

Website Design and Rebuilds

This is you if the site embarrasses you next to a competitor, takes four seconds on a phone, or needs a developer to change a headline. I only recommend a rebuild when patching would cost more.

How I fix it →

Google and Meta Ads

This is you if you spend on Google or Meta and cannot say which campaigns produced a sale. Tracking first, then the waste comes out, then a one-page monthly review.

How I fix it →

Reporting, Attribution and AI Insights

This is you if Google, Meta, and your email tool each claim the same sale and the bank disagrees with all three, or someone on your team exports a spreadsheet every Friday. One dashboard you can read in five minutes, built by the tools you already pay for.

How I fix it →

SEO and Local Search

This is you if customers search for what you sell and find someone else, or your Google Business Profile is half finished. Slower than ads, and it keeps working after you stop paying.

How I fix it →

Costs and Vendor Leaks

This is you if nobody has re-read the shipping contract, the software invoices, or the processing rates in a year. The money is already yours. It is just leaving.

How I fix it →

Manual Work and AI Automation

This is you if your team copies orders between systems, answers the same questions every day, or chases invoices by hand. I hand the repetitive part to the tools you already pay for and to AI, and a person stays in charge of anything that touches money or customers.

Which one first?

Most owners arrive knowing something is wrong and not knowing which of these it is. That is what the free consultation is for. The order below holds for most small companies, and it is worth knowing before you spend money on any of it.

  1. Conversion. Fix what happens to the visitors you already pay for. Doubling the ad budget while one in a hundred buys just buys the same problem twice. That is the idea behind the other 98 percent.
  2. Reporting. Make the numbers trustworthy. Until that is fixed, every decision after it is a guess wearing a dashboard.
  3. The site. Decide whether the building itself is the constraint. A rebuild is the most expensive thing on this page, so it comes only when patching costs more.
  4. Traffic, and costs. Ads and SEO work better once the three above are handled. Cost reduction needs none of them, shows up fastest, and is the item owners skip most often.
  5. Manual work. Handing repetitive work to software needs none of the above either, and it pays back in hours rather than dollars. Costs are money leaving the business; manual work is time leaving it.

Want to work out the order yourself before speaking to anyone? The free 12-point audit is the same list in the same sequence, published in full.

Until that is fixed, every decision after it is a guess wearing a dashboard.

Questions

Questions owners ask before picking one

Can I hire you for just one of these?

Yes. Most engagements start as one fixed-fee project with an end date, so you find out what working together is like without committing to a retainer. The monthly arrangement is for owners who want ongoing coverage, and it can be cancelled any time with no notice period.

Do you do the work or subcontract it?

I do it. The person on your first call is the person in your ad account. There is no junior team, which is the main reason the client list stays short.

What if the answer is that I do not need any of this?

Then that is what I tell you on the free call, and it happens. Sometimes the problem is pricing, or capacity, or a sales process, and no amount of marketing spend fixes it. Saying so costs me one engagement and saves you a wasted year.
