Questions People Ask Before Booking
The ones that come up on nearly every first call, answered here so you do not have to sit through a call to get them.
Can I pay you from the growth instead of a monthly fee?
Yes, in the right situation. We agree a revenue baseline in writing before any work begins, and I take a percentage of the measurable growth above it on the channels I am working on. Most arrangements end up blended: a reduced monthly fee plus a smaller share.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. ROILadder monthly clients can cancel at any time, with no notice period and no exit fee. Tell me you are done and the billing stops. Fixed projects are quoted flat with an end date.
What does ROILadder cost?
ROILadder publishes its fees. A checkup runs $1,500 to $3,500. A fixed project runs $6,000 to $25,000 depending on what needs doing. An ongoing arrangement runs $2,000 to $5,000 a month. You get a flat number in writing before anything starts.
What happens on the free consultation?
The free consultation is about 45 minutes on a video call. You tell me what is not working, I ask a lot of questions, and I tell you the biggest opportunity I see and how I would go after it. Free, 45 minutes, nothing to prepare.
Is ROILadder an agency?
No. ROILadder LLC is one experienced person who takes on a handful of clients at a time. There is no team to delegate you to and no minimum retainer to feed.
Do you work with service businesses and B2B companies, or only online stores?
All of them. For service and B2B companies the goal is quote requests, bookings, and calls rather than carts, and the leaks look the same: a site that does not turn visitors into customers, ads nobody is checking, numbers nobody trusts.
Is my business too small?
Probably not. Most clients are between $500K and $25M a year, often with no marketing person on staff. Below about $500K the math usually does not work in your favor yet, and I will say so on the call.
Do you do the work or just advise?
Both, and advice without hands is where most consulting fails a small company. I am in the ad account, in the website, building the dashboard, and on the phone with your vendors.
Should I fire my current agency?
Not necessarily, and this is a common reason people call. I can look at what they are delivering, tell you plainly whether the invoice is justified, and renegotiate the scope or fee if it is not.
How fast will I see results?
Ad cleanup and checkout fixes often move numbers in four to eight weeks. A website rebuild or getting found on Google takes a few months before the line bends.
Do I need to be in South Florida?
No. ROILadder works remotely with clients all over the country, on Eastern time. South Florida owners get someone who already knows the local market; the engagement runs the same way everywhere.
How much of my time does this take?
Very little, by design. A kickoff conversation, a short check-in every couple of weeks, and a monthly review.
Will you share my numbers?
Never, and that holds before anything is signed. Client names and figures stay private unless someone specifically offers otherwise. Happy to sign an NDA before the first call.
