These terms cover this website and the free tools on it. They do not cover paid work. Paid engagements are governed by whatever we sign, and if that document and this page ever disagree, the signed document wins.
The free tools are illustrations, not forecasts
The calculator, the checklist, and the comparison guide are educational. They produce estimates from the numbers you type in, using general assumptions that may not fit your business.
They are not projections, forecasts, appraisals, or promises of results. Anything they output is an illustration. Actual outcomes depend on your market, pricing, traffic mix, operations, competition, seasonality, and many other factors, most of which the tool knows nothing about. Do not make a financial decision on a number a free web calculator gave you, from me or from anyone else.
No guarantee of results
Nothing on this site is a guarantee of revenue, traffic, search rankings, leads, conversion rate, or any other outcome. Nobody honest guarantees those, and anyone quoting you a guaranteed percentage before seeing your account is guessing, selling, or both.
