One field, one click, permanent.
Put in the email address you were contacted at and it comes off the list. You do not have to give a reason, log in, or confirm anything afterwards.
What happens next. The address is suppressed as soon as I see the request, not in ten business days. I also suppress the whole domain and the business name, so a colleague's address at the same company will not be contacted either.
The record is kept permanently. That is the only way to guarantee you are never contacted again by accident, and it is the one piece of information I will not delete on request, because deleting it would defeat the purpose.
Replying to any message from me works exactly as well as this form. Any wording counts.
